Dr Guenther Dobrauz
Partner with PwC in Zurich and Head of PwC Legal Switzerland
Guenther is the author of several books on innovation and disruption. As an entrepreneur and innovator, he believes in providing an inspiring, rewarding, and respectful environment for diverse, interdisciplinary teams to collaborate effectively.


Matthias Mölleney
Founder & Managing Partner of peopleXpert GmbH
Matthias is a former Senior VP Human Resources at Swissair & founder of peopleXpert GmbH. He also is Head of the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich since 2010 as well as a director of the Future of Work Forum and a member of several boards.
