After an extended summer break, I am very happy to return with a new event series and announce the start of the third podcast season in early November.
Role Model Series
The role model series is a new series of online events, that I am organizing in cooperation with INSEAD Women in Business Alumni Club, that will allow you to engage with diversity and inclusion (D&I) by learning from practitioners and exchanging about your experience, so get ready for an inspirational and interactive event.
The first session features Kathrin Amacker (IDP-C’20Jun). Kathrin will reflect on how she drove D&I in a corporate environment and how she is leveraging her board roles to make an impact on business as a force for good.
With the Swiss Role Model Series, IWIB and Fish in the Boardroom aim to make visible to alumni and guests some successful pioneers for gender equality and to foster discussion amongst participants to learn from each other. In the first part of the event, we learn from our role models about how they got there and how they drive change. In the second part, we will form smaller groups providing you a platform to network, share your own experiences and learn from each other.

Kathrin Amacker
Member of the Board of Directors, CRO.Swiss
Kathrin serves as a member of the board of directors at CRO:SWISS and University of Basel. She gained extensive experience in introducing diversity initiative as the head of Diversity and Inclusion at Novartis from 2003 to 2010. Since then, she held different roles in Responsibility and Communications at Swisscom, SBB, along with carrying out various board roles in public and private organizations.
